Analisis Faktor - Faktor Yang Berhubungan Dengan Kejadian Ca Cerviks Di Ruangan Rb 1 Obgyn Rsup H. Adam Malik Tahun 2023

Background: Cervical Ca usually occurs in every woman, the reproductive part that is attacked is the Cerviks, which is the narrow lower part between the female genitalia and the uterus. Indonesia is a country with the highest number of cervical cancer cases in the world. The purpose of the study was to analyze the factors associated with the incidence of cervical ca in the RB 1 Obgyn RSUP H. Adam Malik 2023.
Methods: This study uses an analytic survey study with a cross-sectional approach. A sample of 60 respondents used the Fixed Disease Sampling technique. Data analysis was used with bivariate percentages using the Chi-Square test .
Results: Based on univariate analysis of 60 respondents, 39 (65.0%) respondents were in the advanced stage cervical ca category and 21 (35%) respondents were in the early stage cervical ca category, at high risk age or in the age group > 35 years, namely 40 people (66.7%), the distribution of age at first marriage was highest in the group < 2 years as many as 44 people (73.3%), the distribution of parity was most in the group > 3 children as many as 39 people (65, 0%) and the distribution of pill use was the most in the group > 4years, namely 32 people (53.3%). The statistical test results of the 4 variables contained 4 variables that were related,
namely age ( p-value = 0.002), age the first time married ( p-value = 0.028), parity (p-value = 0.014), use of birth control pills ( p-value = 0.002)
Conclusion: From the results of the study it was concluded that there was a relationship between age, age at first marriage, parity, and use of birth control pills with the incidence of cervical cancer.
